大概5輪面試(2輪電話面+3 F2F 面試)先是HR電話面試,大概問(wèn)了些之前工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的理解和看法一面是直接部門(mén)主管(Director Level),臺(tái)灣人,非常detailed,對(duì)之前的工作細(xì)節(jié),以及對(duì)之后工作中會(huì)遇見(jiàn)的假設(shè)性問(wèn)題,比較順利; 二面是cross function的負(fù)責(zé)人,其實(shí)主要是介紹工作職責(zé)和部門(mén)介紹; 三面是VP面,氣場(chǎng)非常強(qiáng),問(wèn)題不多,基本都是我在說(shuō),全程英文; 最后HR Partner面試,非常細(xì)節(jié),最久的面試,持續(xù)一個(gè)小時(shí),從讀書(shū)經(jīng)歷問(wèn)到工作,第一次遇到如此強(qiáng)勢(shì)的HR
